Launch of New PAR Report Format and Decommission of Legacy Version

Bourse de Montréal Inc. (the "Bourse") hereby announces that it will be launching a new version of PAR (Participant Activity Reports) on Monday December 1st 2025, and will be also decommissioning the legacy Version on Close of Business March 28th 2026. The main change to the report layout will be:

1- Firm Open Orders and Firm's Order Activity files: A new Column for AuctionID will be added.

2- Firm's PostTrading file: All Client identifier fields (Short Code, Unique ID, Sponsored Access Flag, Algo Trading Flag) along with Intent to Cross Flag and Related Trade price will all be added.

3- Anonymous Trade file: Intent to Cross Flag and Related Trade price will all be added.

The Reports will be available in GTE1 and GTE3 on November 20th 2025. Contact derivatives.operations@tmx.com to get access to test the files in these platforms.

Approved Participants using the current format are encouraged to upgrade to the Revised format by the decommission dates indicated below.
