Introducing the Trade Management Web Application

Bourse de Montréal Inc. (the "Bourse") is pleased to announce that the new web-based Trade Management will be launched via TMX Connect portal on February 25th, 2023.

The Trade Management Application is a replacement for the current Windows TMS (Trade Management System) that is currently used to manage post trade activities. The actual Post-Trade web application will be decommissioned and the Average Pricing Service (APS) will now be embedded in the new Trade Management.

This delivery is the first part of two and represents one more step on the ongoing journey towards the modernization of our products.

This launch includes the following core functionalities:

• View trades, allocations and give-ups
• Create and cancel allocations
• Create give-ups and give-backs
• Average Pricing System (APS) functionality

IMPORTANT

• There were no changes done to the Average Pricing System (APS) functionality, hence no impact is expected to current users. Clients of the Bourse's Post-Trade application will automatically be migrated to the Trade Management web application. Your Okta credentials will remain unchanged.

• The desktop-based Trade Management System (TMS) shall remain fully operational. However, the Bourse recommends that all clients test the new application as a decommission of the desktop Trade Management System (TMS) is planned for 2024. As we get closer to determining a target date, a notice will be sent ahead of time to ensure all clients have been migrating to the new TMS application.
