Launch of the SFTP Solution for Client and Order Identifier

The Montréal Exchange (MX) is pleased to inform its Approved Participants that, effective October 1, 2024, the SFTP Solution for securely automating the reporting of prescribed client information, pertaining to the Client and Order Identifiers requirements (Circular 074-24), is now available for onboarding.

Description:

This SFTP Solution allows participants to automate and securely transmit the prescribed information to MX. The solution enhances the security and efficiency of data transmission between participants and the exchange.

• Automated Submission: Enables participants to streamline the process of sending client and order data.
• Secure Protocol: Uses secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of transmitted data.
• Onboarding: The solution is now ready for participants to initiate their onboarding process.

Additional Information:

To request onboarding, participants must request the onboarding package and then submit their request via the Axis Portal.For the onboarding package or access to the Axis Portal, please contact the Derivatives Technical Operations team.
